Kolkata Hindi News, खड़गपुर : ईस्ट इंडिया हैबिटेट स्पोर्ट्स फेस्टिवल पावरलिफ्टिंग चैंपियनशिप-2024 का आयोजन कोलकाता के बारानगर में हुआ।
इस प्रतियोगिता में पश्चिम मेदिनीपुर जिला अंतर्गत मेदिनीपुर शहर की प्रसिद्ध खेल संस्था शक्ति संघ जिम्नेजियम से 3 प्रतियोगियों ने भाग लिया।
इनमें 120 किलोग्राम से ऊपर में अनीश साव ने पहला और शुभजीत ढल ने तीसरा स्थान हासिल किया।
प्रसिद्ध अनीश साव जूनियर राष्ट्रीय स्वर्ण पदक विजेता हैं और पावरलिफ्टिंग में कई प्रतियोगिताओं में सफल रहे हैं। इस सफलता से जंगल महल के खेल प्रेमियों में उत्साह व्याप्त हो गया।
शक्ति संघ व्यायामशाला की ओर से सचिव पिंटू साव सहित अन्य पदाधिकारियों ने दोनों सफल प्रतियोगियों को बधाई दी।
