कोलकाता : कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ नेता अधीर रंजन चौधरी ने सरकार से अपील की कि किसानों को ‘‘हैरान परेशान’’ करने की बजाय उनकी समस्याओं का जल्द से जल्द कोई समाधान निकालें। दिल्ली जाने वाली सड़कों पर किसान पिछले एक सप्ताह से प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं और देश के ‘‘अन्नदाताओं’’ को सम्मान तथा गरिमा के साथ उनका बकाया दिया जाना चाहिए। वे आसमान के नीचे सड़क पर पड़े हैं और दिल्ली के सर्द मौसम को भी सह रहे हैं।
मैं सरकार से किसानों की समस्याओं का जल्द से जल्द समाधान निकालने और किसानों के खिलाफ उन्हें थकाने की नीति का इस्तेमाल ना करने की अपील करता हूं।’’ उल्लेखनीय है कि केन्द्र के नए कृषि कानूनों के खिलाफ बड़ी संख्या में किसान दिल्ली से लगी सीमाओं पर करीब एक सप्ताह से प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं। प्रदर्शन कर रहे किसानों को आशंका है कि नए कानूनों से न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य (एमएसपी) की व्यवस्था खत्म हो जाएगी। वहीं, सरकार का कहना है कि एमएसपी जारी रहेगी।
